Still not dead, university has been crazy.
I haven't submitted anything in QUITE a while because my current project is HUGE!
Also I finished Beat Universe a looong time ago but it's still looking for a sponsor. I'll be submitting it in 2-3 weeks regardless.

_{Guess what! I actually completed a game! It's called Maneuver!

My first AS3 puzzle game, particle effects and everything! I'm sure you will enjoy it! Thanks to ~jedi22 the game was able to get pushed on a rolling start!

Anyways, I'm really proud of Maneuver, I honestly spend hours and hours on it, taking about 4 months to complete! I know it's been a while since my last game...
It would really mean a lot to me if you enjoy this one! I hope you understand how it takes an immense amount of work to make these!

I'll upload it tomorrow.

Depressed.

_{Flash Ideas.
_{I'm really quite depressed. I want to make a flash game, but I can't really think of any ideas. It's been like this for about a week now.
I though of finishing my other ones, but unfortunately have reasons not to.

Particle Wars, which is my most recent flash game I was working on, is visually pleasing, with decent gameplay, why I have no motivation for it however, is because it does not lag on my computer, but on many other computers there are massive slowdowns.

Castlevania: Corruption I started to fix up an engine I would use for it, and I have enough sprites for the game, but the series has slopes that I cannot completely fix and have given up.

Bunny Slaughter After pouring hours into this project day and night, I haven't worked on it in quite some time. ~kokonut10 Provided very nice image work, but the code has become a mess, I wasn't as organized in coding when I started the game as I am now.

I am very upset because I really want to make a nice flash game, it's just there is no motivation and all of the ideas I DO get I know I will receive a comment or review that says: "Boring, This has been done before and I've seen it already." </troll>

I was thinking of making an RPG, but I have yet to find any decent sprites. Sigh...}}

End of the homicidal penguin

_{For those of you who don't know, My friend and I have made a series called homicidal penguin. The tradition is that we film sometime at 3 am and spend the remainder of the night...morning... editing and submitting it.

Here it is. The epic end to the amazing series: Homicidal Penguin.

Following all of the others, this was filmed sometime during the night, and edited all night long.
We didn't sleep until 7 am...

All in good fun though.
Through the night this was filmed, we had bought more than 3 lbs. of candy, That's probably where most of our ideas came from...

We conclude our series, wrapping everything up.

You had better enjoy.

(The clicking sound during some scenes is the camera refocusing, sorry...)

In flash news, I didn't have any flash modivation at all for a few weeks but yesterday I started an engine from scratch and for 4 hours got a good chunk done. I almosted finished it today.

I'm sure this game will be super epic.

_{Hmm. I'm glad I linked Particles Extreme back to my page, because someone has downloaded it somewhere and leaked it I guess because I have found it on about 20 sites.
That's probably where all these pageviews are coming from.

I'm making a better more 'awesomer' top down shooter, because I had fun making my first one. I've started AS3, and I'm getting the hang of it. I guess the next game will be in AS3, as well as all my next games. This means more particles and less lag!

I also can't stop listening to JPOP...

_{Over 2000 pageviews, two days in a row!? How did this happen? seriously that's the most I've ever gotten in a day!

In Flash news, I'm been trying semi hard to try AS3. I'm not really getting it so I think I'll just make my next game in AS2.
I'm pretty happy with the success of particles extreme. I think I'll make a sequel to it in more of a geometry wars style.
I've been working on a pretty cool menu the past while... sort of given up though because I can't get the math for the flicking I want to incorporate into it. Oh well.
I've also had some inspiration for Castlevania: Tribute.

_{Brace yourself for awesome. Yes a journal at 6:30 in the morning, I haven't slept nor plan to sleep because I just made the sequel to the amazing 'Homicidal Penguin' released four months ago with my friend.
We put so much work into this, and had much fun doing so.

You have to see this.

It's my last day of visiting here, so I stayed over at my best friends place, and we got the best idea. make a horror movie. After playing some game for a few hours straight, we got bored and grabbed the cell phone, and started recording. This was around 1 AM.
After filming all of what we thought was needed, we downloaded Windows Movie Maker. The gay cell phone recorded 3gps, so we were converting them for about 2 hours. at about 3:30AM, after eating something, I forget, we edited the epic video.

In this video I played some of the penguin and Filmed.
It was recorded on a cell phone, and we had to record the footage as we viewed in on the computer because it was 3gp and windows movie maker only accepted avi and stuff.
This took over 4 hours to make, so enjoy.

Finally, a new journal

Well My friend and I ~Toxikr3 are attempting to make something awesome. A website where people can chat play games, level up and compare scores!

~Toxikr3 Has already programmed some of the basic code for the site already. Hopefully I will be able to get flash to Connect properly to the site using PHP with MYSQL.

If I try really, really hard, I might be able to make a very awesome Online multiplayer game that will be awesome if it works, I have a pretty good idea.

But... Won't be able to try until I get back from visiting. ...maybe in a few weeks.

_{I worked on the guitar hero project some more... Now the notes and when you hit them, it is more precise. also I worked on the third song some more. no significant problems, so that's good.

anywho, I have finished all my exams, yay and will be starting second semester on monday. still working on the guitar hero project, when I can. I'm currently on the third song.

last period for semester two, I have aquatics. might be a little painfull the days I have swimming team practice right after!

So there is this huge code to save to cookies on your computor so you don't have to start over again if you shut the browser window, but I have been having difficulties with it and been trying to fix it the past few hours.

But in good news, I have it so when you right click while playing, it says 2009 ZEGMAN and if you click it, it brings you to my DeviantART page.

That, and I have it now so half way through the song if you haven't missed any notes, it says something like: "no misses! Keep it up!"
It's pretty awesome.
